Legislation to get big business to pay in 60 days max.

Additional Information

As all business knows, cashflow is very important.
Big business is paying suppliers slower and slower and these slow payments are been passed down the chain.

I propose legislation that forces all businesses with more than 50 employees should have to pay its bills inside 60 days.
