Speaking English should be a mandatory requirement for all economic migrants
When applying for entry to the UK, all economic migrants should be capable of speaking the native language of the country they are wanting to live in. This will help integration into the society they are seeking to join.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action
In most circumstances, people applying for work visas must prove their knowledge of English, so we're not sure what further action you'd like Government or Parliament to take.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
