Repeal Restriction of Offensive Weapons Act 1959 amended 1961
The Restriction of Offensive Weapons Act 1959 (amended in 1961) banned the importation, manufacture, sale, hiring, lending
of knives that are not manually opened by hand, and not locked
in place by hand.
Should the mechanism of a knife should determine it's legality? I don't believe it should.
Please don't take my word for it, read the sources yourself and please consider another perspective apart from your own. We all benefit from talking
