Legislate adequate CCTV monitoring for public bike racks
Emissions 'scandal', global 'warming', 'sugar' taxes, and yet the government have neglected British cyclists. Looking to the future, the most renewable and health-aware form of commutation are motorless vehicles.
Disabled folks, children, elders, manual labourers and those with specific circumstances CANNOT afford to or are too constrained by other means to own, drive and maintain a motor vehicle.
In line with futuristic visions of renewable energy and ecological homes, there should exist mechanisms which promote cycling and assurances of adequate CCTV monitoring of public's most renewable and ecological forms of vehicles.
