Make a law ensuring every cyclist has a number plate to prevent further incident
I want action as cyclists use the roads, yet they dont pay tax, and they also cause a number off accidents. For example, when there is a red traffic light, they feel the need to ignore this and continue. Many cyclists flout the rules which often results in casualties to do with cyclist deaths.
