Stop charging welfare claimants 55p per minute to telephone the DWP
This is an unnecessary additional cost that people on low incomes should not have to face. Liz Truss claimed that people could always visit their job centre instead but as so many are closing and an appointment is required anyway then telephoning becomes unavoidable. 55p per minute is outrageous.
