Dart Charge penalty should be reduced to only £10 after 28 days, not £70.

Petition Details

Dart Charge used to be £1 with members manning the toll gates. There was a big rise to the charge of almost 150%. Now fining motorists for failing to pay £2.50 resulting in £70 bill is unacceptable and should be abolished.
