Abolish all top-up tuitions fees for Higher Education in England & Wales
To abolish all top-up tuition fees in England & Wales for Higher Education and Universities for all undergraduate degrees, to be replaced with a system adopted by the Scottish Government. Postgraducate degrees shall be funded by a graduate tax.
