Close down fee charging debt management companies.
When people fall into debt problems they because stressed and vulnerable. This gives fee charging debt management companies a chance to offer their services at a high cost even though there are FREE debt management charities available in the UK such as Stepchange, Payplan and National debt line.
These fee charging debt management companies hinder and delay the process for people who's aim is to become debt free.
Due to the high costs of their fees their clients debt free journey is delayed. The clients think they are being helped but the company is purely using them to create profits and not to help them.

The UK Government and Parliament can't close down companies in the way you've asked for.
You could start a new petition asking Parliament to change the law, to make it illegal for anyone to charge for providing debt management services.
