Stop cyclists from using mobile phones and headphones whilst in motion.
As a cyclist myself, it irritates me when I see other bike riders giving the rest of us a bad reputation by using mobile phones or listening to music on headphones whilst in motion. And don't get me started on ignoring traffic lights! The rules of the road need to be enforced.
