Create a non-profit National Public Insurance company.

Insurance prices are very expensive for all drivers, therefore the goverment should look into making a national public insurance organisation which is non profit and which is considerably less in cost.

Additional Information

Having vehicle insurance in compulsory, and by making it so that it must be purchased from a private firm. The organisation must have lower prices than private firms and should have the backing of the government. The goverment should only pay into the organisation till start up, until it is able to sustain itself.
