Ban the ageist term 'OAP'. It is discriminatory and demeaning to seniors.
The Equality Act 2010 states that people may not be discriminated against on various grounds, such as race and other characteristics. Calling a group of people OAPs stereotypes them in a negative way by shaping the public's attitude towards them. (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ageism)
