Require hoists and proper facilities to be installed in all disabled toilets

Petition Details

Whilst out I needed cleaning and changing. My nephew had to physically lift me out of my wheelchair and hold on to me to clean and change me. It was difficult and I could easily have had a fall and he could have hurt himself. All disabled toilets need a hoist and proper changing facilities.
