Replace the Human Rights Act with a UK Citizens Rights Chartre.
I petition the Home Office to replace the Human Rights Act with a Citizens Rights Charter for the benefit of the citizens of the United Kingdom, primarily safe guarding the rights and privileges of the nation's law abiding and tax paying citizens above all others, foreign and domestic.
