Compulsory road tax and third party insurance for cyclists.
Vehicle owners are obligated to pay road tax to have their vehicles on the road, yet cyclists use them free of charge. Furthermore, a cyclist does not have insurance but can damage another vehicle with an at-fault incident, leaving the non-fault party liable for charges. This is not fair.
