Make it an Offence for ‘Footballs’ to come into Gardens causing Criminal Damage.
Today More and More Children are being Allowed to Play on the Highway with Footballs Snapping Plants off, also from None Responsible Parents in Adjoining Properties, the Property getting these Balls has to Foot the Bill which is wrong in Law, there are Play Areas that Councils fund for this purpose.
We and many others suffer from these issues, we have had cars Damaged, Solar Lights Smashed, Washing Soiled, the wife Smacked in the face Sunbathing, at this time you should give the ball back only to have it repeated time again, been told repeated Balls are classed as Trespassing, Many areas have these issues so Let’s Get the Law on the side of the Victims, supposed to be an offence to Play on the Highway but the Police turn a Blind eye.
