Stop horses being abused and used to cart people about for money!
This petition is to stop horses being abused at such young ages, in such bad health, made to pull a cart around Blackpool for unreasonable hours. It's not been long since animals were banned from being used in the circus so why should this be aloud Please sign this petition to help and make change
