Abolish IPSA
Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority is independent in name only and a bit of a farce. It allows MPs to control their salaries and benefits while abdicating responsibility. Control without responsibility is a dream situation for some and has allowed the expenses system to be abused.
By abolishing IPSA, MPs’ expense allowances and non-standard benefits could be rolled-up into their basic salary and salary increases could then be indexed against the public sector as a whole.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We understand that you'd like IPSA to be abolished. However, we're not sure who you would like to be responsible for deciding on MPs' salaries and expenses instead, or exactly what you mean by "MPs’ expense allowances and non-standard benefits could be rolled-up into their basic salary and salary increases could then be indexed against the public sector as a whole."
We're also not sure what you mean by "It allows MPs to control their salaries and benefits while abdicating responsibility." IPSA is independent of the Government and Parliament.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
