The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
An MP's job involves more than attending debates and votes in the main House of Commons Chamber, so we're not sure exactly what action you'd like the House of Commons to take. While a debate is happening, MPs might be doing another part of their job - such as meeting their constituents, taking part in a Committee doing detailed scrutiny of the Government, or speaking in a debate in Westminster Hall, the second debating Chamber of the House of Commons.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
