Ensure all returning Isis fighters are put in prison.
current stance is the returning ISIS fighters c500 to 800 will not be automatically charged and pit in prison.
they will be assessed ?
If someone has the will to leave the country to go illegally fighting with a banned organisation there should be no 2nd chances for these criminal murderous people to be allowed to walk about our society.
Noting there are c5000 people of interest in this country who we can't all track.
Common sense appears to be lacking and authorities willing to risk the lives of its citizens above freedom of murderers.
Option: Seperare prison to keep these criminal from main stream. possible prison ship.

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. Deciding whether to put someone in prison is the responsibility of the courts, not the UK Government and Parliament.
It's already a criminal offence under the Terrorism Act 2000 to belong, or profess to belong, to a proscribed organisation like ISIS in the UK or overseas.
