Stop mobile phone providers overcharging customers after the contract has ended
It is clearly unfair that some phone providers are charging loyal customers for handsets that they have already paid for after the end of the contract,the monthly bill should be reduced to reflect the cost of the handset. We want providers to show the cost of the handset in the contract.
