Make car insurance companies pay out for a stolen vehicle if keys left in car.
Make car insurance companies pay out for a stolen vehicle even if the keys are left in the vehicle as this is still theft. It's not always down to stupidity of the car owner for leaving the keys in the vehicle as this can happen by mistake or the victim could be duped by the thief.
