Make it a criminal offence to "cancel Poppy Day".
Due to cuts within the Police force, Poppy Day has been "cancelled" because there is not enough funding to send Officers to block off roads and ensure the safety of the public on this decade-long event. It should be compulsory that every year we get the opportunity to respect our war dead.
