Introduce a National "no-flight" Database.
In recent months, there has been an increase in media stories in respect of people engaging in anti-social and drunken behaviour on board flights to and from the UK. A National Database should be be introduced so that those convicted are added, and not permitted to book flights in the future.
By having this database, it puts responsibility on the passenger to behave and conduct themself in an approapriate manner because if they fail, there is a consequence which can affect their future travel plans.
This measure would offer reassurance and safeguards to fellow passengers and in-flight crew, knowing that those who fail to control their behaviour will be effectively banned from booking flights for a pre-determined period.
