Outlaw ticket sellers making massive gains through affiliated companies

Petition Details

I tried to purchase concert tickets from Ticketmaster online. I was accepted into a line seconds after they went on sale & told to sit tight. I waited 9hrs 26mins to then be told to refresh my screen @ which point I was kicked out of the line & then found out they were all sold out in the 1st fewmin

Additional Information

I was accepted into a line before 1 min past 9am on 20.10.17. I knew it would be busy so followed the on screen instruction to "sit tight" & not refresh my screen otherwise I would lose my place in line. At 17.00 I FB'd TM & asked if I would get tickets. They replied at 18.00 & told me to refresh my screen & try my search again. I refreshed and lost my place in line & on searching there were no tickets available. I have proof of their reply on my phone. I am completely distraught!
