Update the driving licence point system from 12 points to at least 15-20

Petition Details

The points system was introduced in 1988 which is nearly 30 years ago. There are so many things you can get points for these days that were not about then. All I'm asking is for the people that are at say one more defective tyre or something away from an automatic ban because of the tot up.

Additional Information

It should still be an instant ban for drink, drug driving. There are more and more ways now to get points than there was when this was introduced.
