Gender neutrality in the sexual offenses act 2003
The sexual offenses act 2003 defines rape as being committed by a man. This is descrimanatory and should be changed as it does not recognize woman who rape men. The wording of the legislation should be changed to be gender neutral and to include the forced envelopment of a penis.
