Advise the Queen to make the London Borough of Richmond a Royal Borough
Richmond has two existing Royal Palaces (Hampton Court & Kew Palace) and a rich history of Royal connections, patronage and places. No borough deserves Royal status more than Richmond.
I wrote to the Secretary of State few years ago asking for Royal Borough status for Richmond and it was politely declined in favour of Greenwich. It's time to ask again via this petition.
