Petition Action

Allow the public to grow maximum TWO cannabis Plants without fear of prosecution

Petition Details

As a ex police officer and a semi retired forensic scientist, it is about time the Government changed its stance on cannabis and follow the Durham PCC Ron Hogg stance UK wide.
This would save millions of pounds for each force, and protect the public from illegal unsafe environments.

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do. For example, you could ask Parliament to change the law, to make it legal for people to grow a maximum of two cannabis plants.
