Reinstate the Death Penalty (Death by Hanging) for the most heinous crimes.
We the undersigned call upon Her Majesties Government to reinstate the Death Penalty - Death by hanging for the most heinous of crimes. To name but a few, murder, rape (Inc child rape) treason etc.
Society is becoming to violent with out fear of punishment.
