Update property rights of cohabitees to accurately calculate financial pay outs.
There are more than 2 million unmarried couples living together in England. In the majority of cases individuals will be unfairly compensated following the breakdown of the relationship. Resulting in lower remuneration following the sale of the house. Our current law is no longer fit for purpose
