Overhaul the Compulsory basic training (CBT) Extend for longer than just 2 yrs.
For a country which is experiencing congested roads increased travel costs, we need to consider that many commuters and businesses depend on motorcycles/scooters.
The CBT course is simply a course which is a Basic training test in which once you have had it then the training lasts for just 2 years
In the United Kingdom, the term Compulsory Basic Training is a preliminary vehicular training course which must be completed by people wishing to ride a motorcycle or moped unaccompanied on the road, and remains valid for 2 years upon completion. It was introduced in Great Britain on 1 December 1990 as a means of reducing accidents on the road caused by inexperienced drivers. This is a 27 year old rule which is outdated and should at the very least be a one time test like any other test.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We're not sure exactly what changes you'd like the UK Government or Parliament to make to the CBT test.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what changes you'd like to see.
