Make it that if you fail to pay child maintenance it affects your credit rating
My ex continually misses payments, was taken to court, had attachment to earnings and still owes thousands in non payment since this he has started his own company, drives around in sports cars, owns his home, holidays etc etc.. it is still a default of payment so therefore should be recorded ...
My daughter is now 22yrs old and he has continually failed to pay for all these years
I have worked all her life to create a loving home for her and give her the stability that she needs ...
I know I'm not alone in this delicate matter and a lot of families go through the same constant fight every day...
