ANYONE WANTING TO CLAIM ANY BENEFITS SHOULD HAVE TO HAND IN THEIR PASSPORT TO PROVE WHO THEY ARE AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOUD TO TRAVEL ABROAD AND CLAIM BENEFITS AT THE SAME TIME.
