Huge increase on Spray Paint VAT

Additional Information

Increasing the VAT greatly on spray-paint will allow business users to claim the cost back, but would be a fantastic deterrent to stop graffiti artists and vandals from buying spray cans and permanently defacing our streets and property, this extra VAT money can be used for anti social behaviour projects or removing grafitti.
