Make the questions on PIP forms more suitable for mental health sufferers.
Recently many people have had their Personal independence payment stopped and are no longer meeting the criteria.
From experience i think the questions are more aimed at people with physical disabilities and mental retardations rather than mental health issues.
Questions such as how far can you walk?
Can you prepare food?
Can you wash yourself?
To make the forms more suitable for people suffering with severe mental health issues they need to be asking questions such as...
1. How is your sleep effected?
2. How do you feel when you go outside?
3. Do you have times when you neglect your hygiene?
4. Have you ever had addiction problems?
5. How are you at handling your finances?
6. How is your memory?
7. How often do you experience a symptom? Ect ect...
