Current status: Rejected
Rejection code: duplicate (see below for details)
Cancel Brexit, the election of 2017 annulled previous Government decisions.
The EU Referendum was held in 2016
The Parliament that called it and that invoked Article 50 to begin Brexit no longer exists because of the 2017 General Election.
It is a fundamental principle of our constitution: "No Parliament may bind its successors"
So
THIS Parliament does not have to 'respect' the EU referendum result. **
THIS Parliament can review Harsh Brexit and its consequences.
THIS Parliament can choose to STOP Brexit.
* With sole exception of grants of independence to colonies.
** Just as the 2015 Parliament didn't have to respect the 1975 EEC referendum result in calling the 2016 EU referendum.
