Train fare increases should be frozen or capped at 1%

Petition Details

As a long suffering commuter I'm sick of paying out substantially increased fares each year with little noticeable improvement to services. Trains constantly break down, are over-crowded, or the issue is with Network Rail (meaning they get massively compensated but pay back very little to us)
