Control how Insurance companies operate re: no blame reflecting as a claim.
When involved in an accident/vehicular damage that is not your fault, you are still penalised by losing your NCD and subsequent years premiums increasing. This is not right! No blame should not have any consequences! It goes against our whole judicial process.
