Change the law so that in court each side always pays their own legal costs

Petition Details

Going to court is hugely in favour of the party with the biggest financial clout. They can afford to risk legal costs that the smaller party can't. The smaller party has no control over the larger parties cost yet may have to pay them. There is no other business where you can't control your costs.
