Motor insurance scam. Stop premiums increase for 'not at fault' claim drivers
A call to the government to stop motor insurance companies from unfairly increasing insurance premiums for 'not at fault' claim drivers.
Why should we have to pay more, because of someone else's actions!
In the space of two years, I have been on the receiving end of two accidents, both of which were 'not at fault' in my favour. Both of these claims were with the same insurance company (Diamond) and both of which were accepted as 'not at fault' claims, meaning the other party covered all the costs of repair etc. and my ‘no claims’ have remained
So why should my insurance premiums go up, causing me financial problems, due to another's actions?
This scam needs to be stopped.
