Ban interference of all Whips on e-petiion debates
All debates put forward via the Back Bench Committee, originating from an e-Petition, should be free of all interference from Whips on all sides of the house. Restricting MPs voices on any e-Petition debate is wholly un-democratic and against the spirit of an e-petition. If this paractice continues then e-petitons are devalued, irrespective of whether the debate is in Government or Back Bench Committee time.
