Returning Jihadists must be returned, to stand trial in Islamic Courts
There is some confusion legally as to how, returning Jihadists should be treated. Does the Government agree that jihadists must not be able to claim under Human Rights legislation, an immunity from prosecution, abroad, because they would not get a fair trial.
it must be remembered that these people took part in, or enabled - at the point of a gun:- Murder, rape, theft, religious suppression, and genocide. When they set out upon their course action they must have been aware of their fate if they were caught and they had factored that in as a risk worth taking.
The purpose of the United Kingdom Human Rights Act is not to protect people from the consequences of their own actions
