SINGLE PEOPLE SHOULD PAY FIFTY PERCENT OF COUNCIL TAX FOR THE HOMES THEY OCCUPY NOT THE CURRENT SEVENTY FIVE PERCENT.THEY USE LESS OF COUNCIL SERVICES THAN FAMALIES HAVE NO CHILDREN GOING TO SCHOOL AND ARE LESS OF A BURDEN TO COUNCILS. END THIS INJUSTICE NOW VOTE FOR THIS PETITION NOW
