Retrospective Capital Punishment

Additional Information

All prisoners convicted of murder or attempted murder, and some convicted of manslaughter or attempted manslaughter should have their convictions reviewed. If their conviction is found to be sound beyond any doubt they should be executed. This would free up prison space, reduce the burden on taxpayers and remove the unnecessary pain suffered by their victims relatives every time the media reports on their appeals for freedom. eg Brady, Nielson,Sutcliffe.
