Make it a criminal offence to use fireworks other than at organised events.
Being an owner of dogs I know how stressed and nervous they get when fireworks are going off. They are and so is other animals petrified of the lights and especially noises that fireworks make. Imagine yourselves being overly stressed at something it would put strain on your heart, just like theirs
The kennel club and professional bodies like the RSPCA have all made statements regarding the stress that fireworks cause. In a modern society where we are concerned about the ozone and climate change do you not think that this matter needs addressing for just more than animal health and well being.
