Enforce the use of silent fireworks UK wide.
Bangs from fireworks upset animals, elderly, infirm and those suffering PTSD along with other mental and physical health issues. There are not enough police resources available to police all those using fireworks to ensure they meet the legal decibel limit. Therefore, enforce silent fireworks.
