Allow citizens to raise concerns about M.P.s' behaviour during Commons' Debates
M.P.s may raise a Point of Order during a House of Commons’ sitting if they think that an M.P. has said something offensive or inappropriate during a Commons' Debate. There is no way for members of the public to do this.
Members of the public should be able to raise a matter of concern with the Speaker, who should be required to report it to the House (as was tradition, such as in the case of the Imprisonment for Default of Mr. S. Saklatvala, M.P., in May 1926).
