To get recycle bins ( not boxes ) issued to the area of cleethorpes/grimsby.
hello ,
i live in cleethorpes , our bins have now turned to fortnightly collections which is a joke! recycle boxes filled to the rim , i think its time to change this to a proper recyle bin & not issue orange bags out , which in my eye will rip or tear when heavy & wet.
i want people to sign this if they agree with all the problems this has caused our town , i dont want rats etc roaming the streets in our bins when full and falling out! fortnightly collections is beyond a joke , more concern to familys with kids they dont want to see rats etc around there house , or do i . please sign if you strongly agree with this matter.
