Make sale blocking of private sales by Leisure park owners a criminal offence
Buying a holiday home is fraught with unseen financial dangers. As a rule, When you buy your Park Home, check to see if you can sell it on when you decide you no longer want it. There is by law, commission to be paid to the site owner amounting to 10% or15% of your asking price. IT can be expensive!
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
In 2013, Parliament changed the law so that if you acquired your park home after 26 May 2013 you no longer require the site owner’s approval of the buyer. We're not sure exactly what further action you'd like the Government or Parliament to take.
You can find out more about this here:

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
